Cooking Method
Soak the parboiled rice in cold water for 30 minutes.
Rinse the rice very well in a strainer under running water.
Pour the lemon juice over the washed rice.
In a saucepan, sauté the rice with the butter. Then add water and bring to boil.
Lower the heat and boil for 15 minutes with the lid of the pot covered,without mixing it at all.
When holes are formed on the surface of the rice and all the water is absorbed, the rice is ready.
Add the tomato paste, the three types of paprika, salt, pepper and mix.
Remove the pot from the heat and cover with a clean, cotton towel for five minutes.
Put the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan.
Sauté the chicken slices on all sides.
Serve the rice on the plates, add the chicken and the crumbles of feta cheese.
